About the role:
Provide direct support to theManaging Partner.
Manage travel, court day schedules, CLE and Training, operations and general office management.
Take initiative withprocess improvement.
Oversee office management tasks— ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Liaising withexternal providers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
Ensuring the firm remainsorganised, efficient and well-supported.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager or senior legal administrator.
Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.




Excellent communication skills and a confident, practical approach.
Experience managing people, workflows and internal processes.
A proactive mindset and the ability to identify where improvements can be made.
A professional, calm and supportive approach to working with lawyers and staff.
