Job Description
Liquid Infusion is seeking a Venue Manager for Ellora in St Kilda.
The role leads daily operations across cocktails, dining, brunch and private functions, while ensuring a warm guest experience.
You will coach the team, manage rosters, costings and stock, and work with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding events.
The position requires proven hospitality management experience, a current Victorian RSA and a team-oriented leadership style to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
