You'll remain hands‐on, lead by example and help progressively modernise a PHP/SQL Server monolith towards a modern.Net, React and PostgreSQLecosystem.
AI‐assisted engineering is also an important part of the brief.
We're looking for someone who has moved beyond basic Copilot/ChatGPT usage and can demonstrate thoughtful, structured use of GenAI across real software delivery.

You'll ideally have broad full‐stack engineering experience, robust systems thinking and a track record of owning complex problems through to production.

Net experience is valuable, but mindset, engineering quality and willingness to work pragmatically with a legacy estate are just as important.
This will suit an engineer who enjoys messy technical problems, hands‐on leadership and meaningful modernisation rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
