Job Description
NRMA is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join our Experience Design team in the Membership division.
You will lead end-to-end service design initiatives, turning strategy into practical service outcomes and collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations and subject matter experts to deliver meaningful customer value.
The role offers a full-time permanent contract with a hybrid work arrangement across Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney CBD offices and work from home as required.
