Are you a friendly, organised and patient-focused professional looking to join a welcoming dental team? Ricci Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our practice on a permanent part time basis.

We understand that flexibility is key, so the days worked can be discussed and tailored to suit the right candidate.

We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and enjoys creating a outstanding experience for patients. Ideally, you will have:
1+ years’ experience in a dental reception role
A warm, professional and friendly approach to patient care
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience managing appointments, patient records and enquiries
Confidence with billing, phone enquiries and general administration
The ability to provide chairside assistance when required
Flexibility to assist with Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings where required
