You'll be the driving force on site, setting the standard for quality, safety, and program delivery across our residential projects including New Homes, Duplexes.
Lead site set-outs and oversee full project lifecycle from the ground up
Own and drive the site programme, you set the pace, you hold the trades to it
Manage, coordinate and direct all trades on site
Maintain full safety compliance and site presentation at all times
Communicate clearly with clients you're the face of Meadan on site
Identify and solve problems before they become delays
Read, interpret and work confidently from architectural and engineering plans

Sites are based across Sydney Metro, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced, organised, all-round building qualified. You know what valuable looks like and you don't settle for less. You can juggle multiple trades, hold a tight schedule, and still have the client feel looked after.

You'll need:





• Proven experience supervising residential construction projects

• A track record of delivering builds on time and to a high standard

• Strong scheduling and programme management skills

• The ability to read and interpret full construction plans

• Current driver's licence

• White Card and all relevant licences to be on site

• Excellent communication skills with trades, clients and the team
