About You
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
Drivers Licence and own vehicle or access to reliable transport.
The ability to work productively & independently.
A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
Excellent teamwork skills.
A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
Previous experience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.
Valid Australian work rights.
The Duties will include; (but not limited to):
Taking reservations, via phone
Processing cancellations, via phone
Completing arrivals & departures, in office
Opening/closing of office
Assisting & directing visitors within the park
Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
Following work health & safety procedures.
