We require an energetic and motivated Master V & MED II Skipper to take the helm on our vessels from Hamilton Island.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Commercial Skipper who is well presented with a friendly manner, has excellent crew management skills, is focused on great product delivery and can provide an exceptional commentary. Potential for a hybrid Skipper/Maintenance position depending on experience.

Strong engineering skills and knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.

This position is based on Hamilton Island and is Ideal for anyone looking to relocate.



Hamilton Island is especially excellent for families with a fantastic school for up to 12 yrs and an adventure playground at its door.

Key requirements for this role are:
Minimum Master V & MED II
Current First Aid, RSA, CPR & O2
Minimum three years Skippering commercial vessels
Enthusiastic, proactive, and qualified manner
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experienced in managing crew
Previous commercial experience on tourism product preferred
Confident in delivering commentary/speaking to large groups
Hold a clean and current full driver's licence
Available for rostered work including weekends and public holidays
