We are looking for a fulltime Packaging Design Assistant to join our Yenda team. The ideal addition to our Compliance and Scheduling team will be a passionate and driven individual with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure packaging materials are set up and compliant for approved markets and ready for production.
Coordinate artwork setups and approvals with suppliers and customers.
Maintain accurate version control of all artwork files and packaging specifications.
Coordinate trials of new packaging items.




Source and manage artwork for industry standard packaging materials.
Liaise with the Production teams to ensure packaging materials meet production capabilities.
Liaise with Brand, Marketing & Sales teams regarding packaging requirements for recent products.
Periodically review market mandatories and update artwork and packaging requirements as necessary.
Coordinate obtaining and maintain approvals and registrations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Essential
Solid computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and other business systems.
Attention to detail
Demonstrated organisational and planning skills
Ability to multitask and handle numerous situations at once

Desirable
Experience with computer design software
Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design
Demonstrated Graphic Design Skills
