Our client is a well-established and growing financial services organisation seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager or Senior Credit Analyst to support a successful Relationship Management team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a background in business banking, commercial credit, or finance who wants to broaden their exposure, work directly with clients, and develop towards a Relationship Manager or senior credit leadership role.
The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Relationship Managers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the management and growth of a diverse commercial portfolio.
You'll gain valuable exposure across credit analysis, client relationship management, deal structuring, and business development, providing a strong foundation for your long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of a portfolio of commercial and business banking clients
Prepare high-quality credit submissions, financial analysis, and risk assessments
Build solid relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
Assist with structuring lending solutions and supporting new business opportunities




Participate in client meetings and site visits to better understand customer needs
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client outcomes
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high standards of risk management
About You
Experience in commercial banking, business banking, credit analysis, accounting, or financial services
Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Ambition to progress into relationship management, portfolio management, or senior credit roles
