As aHealth & Wellbeing Officer, you'll guide, mentor, and motivate throughstructured fitness, sport, and wellbeing programsthat build strength, resilience, and positive mindset and lifestyle habits.

What You'll Be Doing
Design (and deliver)dynamic fitness, sport, and recreational programs
Engage, guide and mentor others to runstructured fitness programsthat build consistency, discipline, and progress
Deliverrecreational and outdoor activitiesthat keep people moving and engaged
Incorporatemental wellbeing practices– motivation, routine building, stress management, and positive habit coaching
Create an environment ofaccountability, energy, and support
Encourage individuals to push limits, stay committed, and achieve personal goals
Maintain a strong focus onsafety, risk awareness, and structured delivery
Who We're Looking For
You're not just a trainer—you're amotivator and leader.
Qualified (or working towards) inFitness, Strength & Conditioning, Outdoor Recreation, or similar
Experience runninggroup fitness, PT sessions, bootcamps, or strength programs
Physically fit and confidentleading from the front
Passionate aboutmental wellbeing, mindset, and behaviour change
Strong communicator who canengage, challenge, and inspire diverse groups
Team player with apositive, resilient mindset

Fulham Correctional Centre is the largest privately managed prison facility in rural Victoria, located in Fulham.
With a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration, the Centre manages a population of up to **** male prisoners, including an 84 bed Nalu Transition Community Program.
