Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities in this Role:You will work closely with our Compliance Manager and wider team, receiving full training and ongoing support while developing valuable skills within the healthcare recruitment industry. Be part of a high-performing, young and dynamic team.




Collecting and managing employment documentation for healthcare staff
Updating and maintaining compliance records
Data entry and database management
Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings for staff working across Australia
Supporting timesheet queries and administrative requests
Assisting the team with labour hire compliance requirements
Providing general administrative support to the wider team and management

Key Skills:
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Strong administrative and data entry skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Eager to learn and develop professionally
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Previous administration experience desirable
