Ayers Rock Resort is looking for a Trade Assistant Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru. This is a relocation role with the opportunity to lead a capable team and support the maintenance that keeps a busy resort running.

About the Role

As our Trade Assistant Supervisor, you’ll lead a hands-on team and help keep maintenance work across the resort protected, organized and on track.

This role suits someone with hands-on experience in a trade or building construction setting who enjoys supporting others, staying organized and leading from the front.

A full Australian driver's license and a valid White Card are required for this role.
Key Duties




Coordinate and support Trade Assistants with daily maintenance, repairs and installations across the resort.
Allocate work and help the team complete tasks safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to day-to-day operational needs.
Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping and completed work.
Provide direction, coaching and performance feedback, while ensuring the team meets WHS, grooming and presentation standards
