We're seeking an Associate Landscape Architect to join our ANZ Connected Cities team at a pivotal moment. With significant project opportunities in front of us, including a recent major road infrastructure commission, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful work while helping establish and grow our first permanent Perth landscape architecture team.

This is a rare chance to combine project leadership with practice growth, shaping not only major projects but also the future of our landscape architecture presence in Western Australia. As part of our cooperative national team, you'll work alongside leading landscape architects, urban designers and infrastructure specialists across Australia and New Zealand. #LI-KH1

In this role, you will:
Lead the design and delivery of major infrastructure, public realm and multidisciplinary projects.




Build trusted relationships with clients and project teams.
Drive landscape architecture outcomes from concept through to delivery.
Mentor and support the development of emerging landscape architects.
Contribute to bids, pursuits and business development opportunities.
Help establish, grow and shape our Perth landscape architecture team and market presence.

Here's what you'll need
Proven experience delivering complex landscape architecture projects.
Strong design leadership and technical capability.
Experience working within multidisciplinary infrastructure or urban development environments.
The ability to build lasting client relationships and identify growth prospects.
