Role Description/Criteria

Our Lady of the Nativity School, Aberfeldie (Essendon West) is seeking a passionate, experienced and highly motivated class teacher to join our learning community, commencing in Term 1 2027.

The successful applicants should be:
committed to providing students with an authentic, holistic Catholic education
willing to work in collaboration with others within a supportive, professional setting
committed to ongoing personal and professional learning
ability to collaborate and work with a team workplace
competent in explicit instruction and knowledgeable in inquiry based learning
knowledgable of contemporary approaches to learning and teaching and the curriculum
committed to building solid relationships with all members of the community

The successful applicant:
must have current VIT registration
should be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School or be committed to undertaking required further study
be familiar, and comply, with the school's Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct
