The opportunity

n

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with the Directors and a high-performing, collaborative team. You'll play a hands-on role across a diverse portfolio, gaining exposure to projects that have a genuine community impact.

Your responsibilities will span project planning, stakeholder management, financial control, risk management,



and delivery through to completion -ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The consultancy uses Procure as its project management platform; prior experience with Procure is advantageous but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

What You'll Bring

n

A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
n
Circa 5+ years' experience delivering projects in a consultancy or construction environment, ideally delivering education projects.
n
A collaborative, proactive approach and robust stakeholder engagement skills
n
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving ability
n
Sound financial and risk management capability
n
Knowledge of the Victorian construction market and Building Codes
n
Experience using Procure or similar project management systems is beneficial.
