We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused National Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Sales team in North Melbourne.

About the Role:

As the National Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our national Trade Sales function.

You will work closely customers and Business Development Managers to process orders and help customers find the right product solutions.

You will:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, counter, email and online channels
Provide excellent customer service across trade sales,



quotations, and order processing
Provide product information and solution focused support to customers
Prepare sales quotations and processing sales and purchase orders
Manage customer order and ensuring accurate and timely communication

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A strong customer service focus
Good communication skills
Positive attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced trade business
Be a Team Player
Previous experience in architectural hardware is a plus, but not required
