Job Description
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for FM Hard Services to develop detailed pricing models and support pricing across Australia.
You will work with the pricing team to create competitive bids and align maintenance specifications with budgets and compliance obligations, across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire services portfolios.
The role requires deep expertise in pricing and solid MS Excel skills, with a preference for candidates based in Melbourne or
