As a Beauty Advisor, you'll deliver exceptional service and personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance.

About the role:
Deliver exceptional client experiencesthrough personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
Achieve individual sales and service targets, contributing to overall counter success
Build strong client relationshipsthrough expert product knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up care
Maintain a luxurious and welcoming counter environmentthat reflects Giorgio Armani's elegance and sophistication
Stay up to date with brand education, new launches, and industry trends to confidently share insights with clients
Assist with stock management and merchandising, ensuring the counter is always well-presented and fully replenished
Support in-store promotions, events, and activationsto drive engagement and visibility of the brand
Uphold Armani's brand valuesthrough impeccable grooming, professionalism, and client interactions
Collaborate with team membersto foster a positive, goal-oriented, and high-performing culture
