Key Responsibilities
Appian Architect
Defineend-to-end architecturefor Appian solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Lead technical strategy, solution design, and best practices forAppian-based digital transformation projects.
Guide teams inintegrating Appian with enterprise systems(REST, SOAP, RPA, AI, legacy applications).
Conducttechnical reviews, performance optimizations, and governance enforcement.
Provide architectural guidance onlow-code, BPM, case management, and automation solutions.
Mentor Appian developers and solution designers, ensuring quality standards and compliance with Appian best practices.
Appian Solution Designer
Work closely with business stakeholders tounderstand requirementsand translate them intoscalable Appian solutions.
Designend-to-end Appian workflows, process models, and user interfacesto align with business needs.
Definedata models, integrations, and security modelsto ensure robust implementations.
Collaborate with architects and developers to refineAppian designsand enhance usability.
Conductproof-of-concepts (POCs), requirement workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
Ensure Appian designs followgovernance, security,



and compliance guidelines.
Appian Developer
Developenterprise-grade Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.
ImplementAppian plug-ins, expressions, smart services, and custom UI components.
Integrate Appian applications withexternal APIs, databases, and automation tools.
Debug and optimize Appian applications forscalability and performance.
Work closely withsolution designers and architectsto ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Participate incode reviews, testing, and deployment of Appian solutions.
Key Requirements
5+ yearsof hands-on experience inAppian BPM development and design.
Strong expertise inlow-code automation, BPM, and case managementusing Appian.
Experience integrating Appian with REST, SOAP, RPA, cloud, and legacy systems.
Familiarity withAgile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Appian CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to collaborate withtechnical and business teamsto align solutions with strategic goals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Appian certifications (Lead Developer / Solution Architect / Designer) preferred.
