You will be involved in plant management, project management and trials, quality and continuous improvement, and finance with the preparation of capital expenditure plans and annual budgets.

We would like to see tertiary qualifications in chemical, materials or polymer engineering and 5 years’ experience in an industrial / manufacturing workplace. An understanding of polymer behaviour (rheology, thermal properties, additives)



and experience with process data analysis and improvement methodologies. You will need to demonstrate experience driving process improvement initiatives with specific examples from past work experience and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
