Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced and compassionate Female Aged Care Support Woker, to support a Female participant with Community and Social Support, Shopping and going for walks. The shifts will be 2 x 2hr shifts per week.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, shopping, getting out in the community, going for walks
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging setting
Qualifications:
Previous experience in aged care or a related field is preferred.
A current First Aid and CPR certification.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly clients.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in aged care.
