Responsibilities
Leading the project team into delivery in an agile workplace to manage and deliver project scope within budget.
Ensure project phases completes on time and on budget
Managing Scrum team, managing the backlog, sprint planning
Running daily team huddles
Coordinating releases
Delegating stories to team members
Managing defects
Working knowledge of Agile Scrum, delivery across multiple scrum teams
Coordinating with other project and technology teams for example to align data requirements
Skills
Must have
4+ years experience asscrum master/project manager
Understanding ofCapital Marketsis a must
Managed projects for the last 4+ years in anagile deliverymethodology




Excellentcommunicationskills
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Able to investigate, analyse and troubleshoot tasks.
Sometechnical backgroundandwillingness/attitudeto look at technical detail if required
Nice to have
Understanding offinancial productsin general and derivatives trading technology platforms in particular especially focused onIRD, FXD and FIasset classes.
Familiarity withdata structures, SQL queriesand stored procedures.
