Technical Drawing: Produce accurate blueprints, floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
Infrastructure & Building Layouts: Draft plans for residential housing, commercial structures, roads, drainage, stormwater systems, and water supply networks.
Interpreting Data: Read land surveys, topographical maps, and engineering specifications to ensure designs fit the physical plot.
Collaboration: Work alongside civil engineers, structural designers, surveyors, and construction crews.
Compliance & Revisions: Update drawings as projects change and verify that all plans meet local building codes and standards.
Project Estimation: Calculate material quantities and assist with cost and resource budgeting.

Construction Industry Experience: Do you have previous experience working on civil construction projects, including roads, earthworks, drainage, subdivisions, utilities, or related infrastructure?
Technical Capability: Are you comfortable interpreting engineering drawings, plans, specifications, survey information, and construction documentation?

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
