About the Role:

We’re addressing the skilled labour shortage in rural Australia by bringing capable, under-valued butchers from Sydney to work in a well-run, supportive setting.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Daily Schedule:
5:00 AM – Start work on beef
6:30 AM – Break and trim lamb
9:00 AM – 30-minute break
12:00 PM – 15–30-minute break
2:00 PM – Finish
Relaxed, young team – No micromanagement, just valuable work and team camaraderie.

Job Responsibilities:
Process beef, lamb and pork according to industry standards
Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
Follow daily production schedules and meet quality expectations

Requirements:
Trade qualified butcher
Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
