Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our IT team in Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering technology projects that align with our business objectives. This position requires a solid understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to achieve project objectives.




Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science or Similar Technology Area
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field
Proven experience in project management within the IT industry is preferred.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
