Are you an experienced Optometrist ready to take your career beyond traditional clinical practice?

This is a unique chance to combine practice management, business development and clinical optometry within an established specialist ophthalmology and refractive surgery clinic.

The role is approximately 80% management and business development and 20% clinical optometry, including refractive surgery assessments, therapeutics and pre- and post-operative patient care.

The Role You will lead a small clinical and administrative team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management and growth of the practice. Responsibilities include staff leadership, KPIs, revenue and patient growth, marketing initiatives and developing relationships with local optometrists, GPs and other referrers.

Clinically, you will conduct eye examinations, assess patients for suitability for LASIK and other refractive procedures, provide therapeutic optometry and help guide suitable patients through their surgical journey.





About You You will be an AHPRA-registered Optometrist with therapeutic endorsement, strong communication skills and an interest in leadership and business.

Previous management experience would be highly regarded; however, we will consider an experienced Optometrist ready to take the next step into management.
