About the role
Were seeking a strategic and analytical individual to join this iconic new hotel as Director of Revenue Management.
This is ahigh-impact, individual contributor rolewhere youllpartner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue across all streams of the business.
With strong visibility at both property and corporate levels, and the opportunity to work remotely if desired, this role offers the perfect mix of challenge, autonomy, and qualified growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and executetailored revenue strategies across both brands.
Leadweekly/bi-weekly strategy sessionswith key internal stakeholders.
Providedata-driven insightsto influence pricing, inventory, and channel mix.
Drive incremental profitacross rooms and ancillary revenue sources.
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams toalign business plans.
Optimise system usageandmaintain data integrityin revenue and distribution platforms.
Monitor market performance and competitive setto maintain RevPAR growth.




Navigate and adapt to the evolving distribution and OTA landscape.
About you
Experience inrevenue management for multi-property hotels(300+ rooms), ideally inan airport setting.
Proficiency inRevenue Management Systems,IDeaS or equivalent (e.g. Duetto).
Stronganalytical and commercial skills paired with stakeholder management.
Comfortable leading throughinfluenceacross departments.
Self-motivated, proactive, and agilein responding to dynamic business needs.
Able towork both independently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced environment.
Remote work availablewithin Australia.
