Office Assistant — Appliance Repair Specialists | Fyshwick

Mayner & Cochran is Canberra's go-to appliance repair specialist, servicing a range of major brands across the region. We're a small, close-knit team looking for an organised, people-focused Office Assistant to keep our busy service office running smoothly.

What you'll be doing
Taking and coordinating incoming service requests
Scheduling service calls and liaising directly with customers
Assigning and dispatching technicians across Canberra and surrounding areas
Tracking job progress, keeping customers updated, and resolving issues as they come up
Liaising with suppliers and warranty providers to keep the customer experience seamless

What we're looking for




Solid communication and people skills — you'll be the first point of contact for our customers
Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple jobs at once
Comfortable learning recent systems and processes
No experience necessary — if you've got the right attitude, we'll train you up
