We are seeking a
Registered Nurse
for our
Mornington
Home
to work
Permanent Part Time
shifts. This role is to cover a
Maternity Leave Cover for a period of 6months
.
About your role n
As a
Registered Nurse
, you will work at the frontline with our residents where you will support positive outcomes for our residents. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents well-being and delivering care is to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities n
n
Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
n
Safe administration of medication
n
Maintaining clinical documentation
n




Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
n
Engage with residents on a daily basis
n
About You n
n
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience in Aged Care
n
Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
n
Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
n
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
