What You'll Do:
n
n
Oversee recruitment processes to ensure Protech-certified candidates.
n
Establish and maintain key client partnerships
n
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and safety compliance
n
Produce required reports and data for management.
n
Track and update pricing reviews.
n
Manage employee performance and facilitate qualified growth
n




Actively participate in client and industry networking opportunities to build relationships

What You'll Bring:
