Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and personable Warehouse & Customer Service All-Rounder to join us in Marleston

n

This is a varied part‐time position suited to someone who enjoys a mix of hands‐on warehouse work and customer interaction. You'll assist with day‐to‐day warehouse operations while also supporting trade customers over the phone, via email and face‐to‐face.

n

About the Role

n

Working approximately 3 days per week, 5 hours per day, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
Picking and packing customer orders
n
Receiving and dispatching stock
n
Loading and unloading deliveries
n
Forklift operation where licensed
n
Assisting trade customers face‐to‐face, over the phone and via email
n
Processing orders and basic data entry
n
Maintaining stock and general warehouse presentation
n
General housekeeping and keeping work areas safe and organised
n




Supporting the wider team with general duties as required
n

To be considered, you will ideally have:

Previous warehouse, stores or pick packing experience
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Confidence using basic computer systems and completing data entry
n
A hands‐on and team‐focused attitude
n
Good physical fitness and ability to complete manual handling duties
n
Robust attention to safety and detail
n
Ability to complete a pre‐employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and police check
n
