Senior Finance Business Partner - ASX Consumer Goods

We're partnering with a market-leading organisation with significant scale across Australia and New Zealand.

n

This isn't a back-office reporting role. You'll be a trusted advisor to Operations, Supply Chain and Digital leaders, bringing financial rigour, constructive challenge and explicit recommendations to everything from weekly performance reviews through to major strategic initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Digital leaders to influence decisions and support delivery of key strategic initiatives
n
Build financial models, business cases and scenario analysis that bring commercial initiatives and investment decisions to life
n
Turn performance data into clear stories for weekly performance reviews, monthly board reporting and executive discussions
n
Support budgeting and forecasting across cost drivers and revenue lines for Australia and Current Zealand,



with real accountability for accuracy and outcomes
n
Identify key drivers, trends and opportunities, then translate them into practical actions that move the business forward
n
Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems, helping the team work smarter and access sharper insight
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
CA or CPA qualification
n
Big 4 Deals or Advisory background, or experience as a Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Finance Business Partner in a large, complex organisation
n
Robust financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability
n
The confidence to engage and influence senior leaders with both strategic thinking and detailed analysis
n
Proactive, hands-on approach with curiosity about how the wider business operates
n
Experience in a scaled, multi-function environment is essential
