Develop strong knowledge of FactSet products, client workflows, and the financial services industry
n
Build trusted client relationships and understand business goals, challenges, and priorities
n
Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, technology, and use of the FactSet product suite
n
Own client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
n
Improve client adoption, engagement, and overall experience
n
Identify opportunities supporting client retention and growth
n
Manage multiple priorities and client issues through resolution
n
Share client feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements
n
Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and experience
n
Work with leading financial institutions, including investment banks, asset owners, asset managers, and wealth managers
n
Requirements n
n
Australian Citizen, Australia PR, or Current Zealand Citizen
n
2–4 years of working experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or a related field
n
Bachelor's degree; Finance, Economics, and Accounting majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered
n
