About the role
n
Garlo's Pies are looking for an
experienced
and reliable Warehouse 2IC to join our team, working closely with the Warehouse Manager.
This role requires a valid forklift licence and experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Assist the Warehouse Manager to lead, train, and guide team members to keep productivity high.
n
Picking and packing orders with care and accuracy
n
Receiving and dispatching stock
n
Working across ambient, cool room, and freezer environments
n
Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and secure
n
Supporting the team to meet daily targets
n
Following safety,



hygiene, and food handling standards
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 3 years' warehouse experience
n
Forklift licence (essential)
n
Experience in operating high-reach and counter balance forklifts (essential)
n
Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg and stay on your feet)
n
Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (PPE provided)
n
Team player who communicates well
n
