Job Description
We're looking for a strong Senior or Lead Software Engineer who has worked in a high-quality product engineering workplace and can bring those standards with them.
You'll remain hands‐on, lead by example and help progressively modernise a PHP/SQL Server monolith towards a modern .
Net, React and PostgreSQL ecosystem.
AI‐assisted engineering is also an significant part of the brief.
We're looking for someone who has moved beyond basic Copilot/ChatGPT usage and can demonstrate thoughtful, structured use of GenAI across real software delivery.
