Investment Associate – Real Assets

We're seeking an
Investment Associate
to join an APAC high-performing real assets private equity platform focused on Sustainable Communities & Infrastructure across Asia Pacific, with particular emphasis on Japan, Australia, India, and New Zealand. Mandate spanning:

Logistics Warehousing
n
Land lease communities
n
Digital Infrastructure
n
Property Development
n
n
Backed by a strong balance sheet and long-term partnerships globally, the platform benefits from deep capital support. The investment strategy centers on developing high-quality, future-proof assets through specialist platforms, aiming to generate robust real estate returns with potential to add value through these specialist platforms.

Responsibilities
n
As an Associate, you'll be part of a small best-in-class Real Estate investments team, with senior leaders from a tier-one investment background. You'll work across the full investment lifecycle, including origination,



due diligence, financial modelling, transaction execution, and portfolio management. You'll gain exposure to a diversified set of strategies across real assets and platforms with direct involvement in live deals and development projects.

What we're looking for
n
We are
only considering candidates with investment banking experience
. Ideally you will bring:
n
n
2-4 years in tier one investment banking with strong technical skills.
n
Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
n
Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail.
n
Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
n
Real estate experience is beneficial but not required.
