You'll run shifts, coach the team, and ensure flawless service while maintaining high kitchen standards.
Ideal candidates have solid Sous Chef experience in high-volume pubs or similar venues, up-to-date cooking credentials and food safety certifications, and a natural leadership presence to keep the team motivated and focused.
