Access Health and Community invites applications for a Graduate Health Promotion Practitioner.
This part-time, 0.6 EFT fixed-term role supports health equity projects across Melbourne's eastern and outer regions and collaborates with multi-agency partners.
Training, supervision and growth opportunities are provided in a values-driven, not-for-profit setting.
