Job Description
Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an asset management qualified to conduct in office asset audits across aged care and retirement living sites. You will collect and standardise asset data, perform condition assessments and assist in lifecycle planning, while using CMMS systems like myBuildings, Maximo, or SAP PM.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of asset management experience, solid ISO 55001 knowledge, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills with willingness to travel across multiple locations.
