Job Description

BlueWave Talent in Sydney is seeking a organised, client‐facing paraplanner/support qualified to join a small, tenured team led by an MD with 15 years of experience.

You'll manage day‐to‐day client relationships so advisers can focus on advice, coordinate with offshore support on SOAs/ROAs and review documentation, and keep the CRM and compliance processes accurate and up to date. Exposure across financial planning, property and lending is encouraged for growth.
