Endeavour Group's BWS State Manager role in NSW oversees 370+ stores, 11 Area Managers and 2,800+ team members.
You will translate brand priorities into actionable state plans, lead a diverse leadership team, and drive safety, engagement and financial sustainability in a highly regulated retail workplace.
