Techforce Personnel has partnered with a Tier 1 heavyweight in the underground mining industry and is seeking experienced Long Hole Drillers and Cable Bolters for long-term FIFO opportunities across multiple WA and SA operations.

You'll be joining established underground sites with solid safety cultures, experienced crews and consistent work—offering more than just another short-term contract.

The Role
Depending on your experience, you'll be working in one of the following positions:

Long Hole Drillers
Operating Sandvik DL421i and similar long hole drill rigs
Completing downhole production drilling
Maintaining drilling accuracy and production targets
Conducting pre-starts and routine equipment maintenance

Cable Bolters
Operating Sandvik DS421 Cable Bolters and similar equipment
Installing, grouting and tensioning cable bolts




Reading and interpreting ground support plans
Working closely with Jumbo and Service Crew teams
Maintaining production targets while adhering to site safety standards

Requirements
Previous underground experience as either a Long Hole Driller or Cable Bolter
Experience operating Sandvik DL421i, DS421 or similar equipment
Robust understanding of underground production or ground support activities
Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen
