Key responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day coordination of the company’s vehicle fleet.
Ensure all vehicles are maintained, serviced, and roadworthy.
Manage scheduling and allocation of fleet resources to meet client demands.




Monitor compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
Track operational efficiency and implement improvements where needed.
Supervise drivers and fleet staff, providing guidance and support.
Maintain accurate records of fleet usage, servicing, and costs.
Liaise with management to align fleet operations with business objectives.
Respond to operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications and skills
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in fleet operations, transport management, or logistics coordination
Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules, compliance requirements, and transport regulations
Proven ability to manage scheduling, dispatch, and operational efficiency across a fleet
Competence in record‑keeping, reporting, and use of fleet management systems/software
Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
