Job Description
EGS Survey Australia is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the leadership team and drive effective people practices across the business.
You'll own HR systems, processes and documentation with support from external consultants, in a hands-on role.
Office-based at Fremantle with occasional travel to Henderson facility; 38-hour onshore week, Mon–Fri.
Reporting to Operations Manager and GM, you'll shape policies and support managers on performance, disputes and change initiatives.
