Job Description
Belgravia Leisure is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead the hospitality operations at the East Fremantle Community Park, a new landmark venue with a café, bar, function centre and fitness facilities.
You will report to the Head Chef, manage hands-on kitchen operations, drive menu development and food cost control, mentor a diverse team, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced workplace.
