Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee construction projects in Queensland, Australia. The Foreman will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires robust leadership skills and a deep understanding of building and construction processes, making it essential for the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in office.
Manage and lead a team of construction workers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management.




Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and in good working condition.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Assist in the training and development of junior staff and apprentices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the building and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., White Card).
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
