$100,000 - $130,000 base + (depending on experience)

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the Property team of a growing boutique national commercial law firm.

n

The role will take ownership of the firm's residential conveyancing matters, managing transactions from initial instruction through to settlement.

n

Residential conveyancing has grown organically through the firm's existing client base, and there is genuine scope for the successful candidate to help shape and grow this area over time.

Manage residential sales and purchases end-to-end
n




Prepare and review contracts and conveyancing documentation
n
Manage PEXA workspaces and settlements
n
Liaise directly with clients, agents, banks and solicitors
n
Manage key dates and settlement requirements
n
Work alongside experienced lawyers within the broader Property team
n

About you

n

You'll have solid residential conveyancing experience and be comfortable managing your own matters with a valuable level of autonomy.

n

You may be a Conveyancing Paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer or Property Paralegal with strong residential experience.
