to lead daily operations, inspire educators and drive quality outcomes for children, families and the wider community.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading day-to-day centre operations, staffing and compliance with confidence
Inspiring, mentoring and supporting educators to be their best selves
Building strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
Bringing EYLF v2.0, QKLG,



the Shared Foundations Approach and Child Safe Standards to life
Championing high-quality learning environments, documentation and practice
Experienced Centre Director or senior early childhood leader ready to step up
Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood (ACECQA-approved)
Strong knowledge of the NQS, NQF and regulatory requirements
A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
A warm, inclusive leader who leads with heart and puts child safety first
A genuinely supportive company culture with strong national leadership backing
