Marine Supervisor
to lead site crews on upcoming Perth-based marine projects, including major works in Rockingham and boat ramp and marina projects across WA. This is a hands‐on role suited to a practical
Marine Supervisor
who can lead from the front, keep works moving and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.
The role
n
n
Supervise day-to-day site activities across marine construction works from barges
n
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and site logistics
n
Read and interpret drawings, programmes and work packs
n
Drive safe work practices, quality outcomes and efficient production
n
Work closely with project engineers and project managers to resolve site issues
n
Maintain daily records, site paperwork and communication with the project team
n
About you
n
n
Supervisory experience on marine construction projects including piling works from construction barges
n




Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and manage subcontractors
n
Practical understanding of construction sequencing, safety and quality requirements
n
Confident communicator with strong planning and problem‐solving ability
n
Marine construction experience will be highly regarded on jetties, wharfs, marinas, floating walkways, pontoons or similar
n
Currently Perth based, with existing Australian work rights
n

Circa $180k Base salary plus Super
n
Opportunity to join a small but growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work
n
10% site uplift for eligible extended project hours or work away from the metro area
n
Typical metro site hours are Monday to Friday, with Saturday work uncommon outside major project requirements
n
Rockingham project hours Monday to Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, with Saturdays around 7:00am-2:00pm pending concrete pours or piling activities
n
